This review is from: The Candida Free Cookbook and Action Plan: 28 Days to Fight Yeast and Candida (Paperback)
This is an amazing cookbook. It not one of those boring, unrealistic cookbook with impossible to find ingredients or so strict that you can't find anything appetizing. The cook provides a good explanation and details on how to effective detox from candida, with listed of appropriate recipes for the various phases. What I loved best, it that the cookbook makes it simple to transition to a candida free lifestyle. Plus, the action plan helps with progression. I love this cookbook. Very good recipes that everyone in my family like, including the kids. I received this book for free in exchange for a honest, unbiased review after use.

If you're a sufferer of candida then I highly suggest getting this book. It's packed full of must know information about candida and how it affects the body, which foods to avoid since candida feeds off sugar, recipes, grocery lists and more!

After changing my diet around as per recommended by the book and getting rid of sugary foods, I have noticed an overall improvement with yeast infections and constipation. I do not get them as frequently anymore. Life-saver!

After spending MONTHS googling my fingers off for a good resource containing info about the "candida diet", I'm happy to say my search ended with this book right here. Candida Free is not just full of incredibly yummy meal recipes that are easy to prepare even for a beginner cook like me BUT its also loaded with really good information detailing what the candida issue is,how to diagnose it and how to conquer it. The word cookbook is intimidating right off the bat, unless you're Rachel Ray or an expert cook but the meals in this book are so easy to prepare - and best of all they're really delicious! The book is very well written, the author is well informed about the subject - and she's relatable too because she understands the candida struggle and as I mentioned before, the recipes are so easy to make (be sure to check out the dessert section!)
